Having the experience of science researches in emotional intelligence field working with subconscious of people since 2001, I was surprised when I came into freediving, how efficient it is as a psychological tool. So I started to unite psychology and freediving reconnecting people to their origin essence through the water and depth itself. Using this image known to every single human being on the planet - how it is to be in mom's womb, not to breath but stay alive in full trust and feeling safe and protected.

3 sessions in water and 3 sessions in dry
= 3 days in total
who is making already free falling but not stable in goals
it's to improve psycho-emotional state
the quantity of sessions in water and dry depends on goals
around 70-100 deep meters especially before competition
or national and world records
